20's/30's Black Velvet and Gold Metallic Print Wrapped Cloche by Chic Maid New York bakelite style see 4th pictureA black velvet and metallic gold on black turban wrapped clochet. The fabrics are wrapped together and stitched in place around a mesh base. The black and gold fabric is in an art nouveau print. The inside label reads, "Chic Maid New York". It measures 4" high and the inside band is 22" around. (Very good condition the inside lining has been frayed as seen in the last photo and the there is minor crushing on the velvet). Catalog # 6667
